Adaptive reuse of a former store into the offices of a film post-production company in central London. The two-storey unit was stripped down, and its raw concrete and steel elements kept and enhanced in the juxtaposition with linear steel railing systems and heavy fabric elements to provide both movable partitions and noise mitigation. Internally, the open floor plan can be divided at will into various meeting rooms and working areas. Three projection rooms create the central, double height element which serves as the main visual focus of the new interior.
